Time to test my resolve. Real life is back in full swing, the pace is starting to pick up, heart rate showing signs of anxiety. I mean, February. Seriously?!!
Balance. I'm finding it in my weekly acupuncture & massage sessions. I'm starting to feel the benefits - even if it's because I get to be still for an hour uninterupted! It's also music, as always, that I rely on to keep me centre. My tonic for all ails.
Our first live show of the year was an absolute corker. You know those ones that catch your breath from the first moment they start playing? We saw Fleet Foxes perform at The Tivoli in Brisbane a couple of years ago and you could hear a pin drop, the audience was just spellbound.

This time seeing them play at the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall was another very special experience. They are some seriously talented musicians. The SOH Website has posted a clip of Fleet Foxes playing Grown Ocean, we may have been at this very gig! Have a listen and let me know what you think.
